Tilly

We first came to know of Tilly after seeing an appeal on social media for her owners to come forward after she had been found in a bad way at the side of the road after being hit by a car. No one came forward so after 7 days we were asked if we could take her on.

Xrays had shown she had a skull fracture so she needed specialist assessment so she went into a foster home overnight and then we took her to a specialist centre the following morning. Poor Tilly had a skull fracture, lesions on her spleen and kidneys, a fracture on her scapula and fluid around and fracturing to her nasal cavity. Luckily for Tilly most of her issues just needed time and rest to recover from, so she went back to her foster home to do this.

She was so lovely that her foster carers decided she couldn’t leave and the rest is history. She is living the best life with lots of love and walks, hopefully all memories of her past life forgotten.
